Carpets
Our minimum call out charge (First room we clean) is £50. We then charge £30 an area thereafter. These prices include vacuuming, pre-treatment, stain removal if it is possible, and a steam clean rinse. Satisfaction guaranteed. Carpet protection can be purchased at £20 extra per area. Please make us aware if this is something you require.
Please Note: It is the customer's responsibility to move any furniture from a room before cleaning commences. Otherwise, the team will only clean the carpet on show.
Stains on Carpets
Please Note: no guarantee will be given on being able to remove a stain. We will advise you of the best scenarios whilst carrying out a survey.
Hard Floor Cleaning
Prices for the cleaning and maintaining of hard floors is dependent on a survey being carried out to determine floor type, present condition and damage.
End of Tenancy Deep Cleaning (60 Point Check)
Our deep clean, 60 point check is based on 2 x cleaners attending the property. Because of the nature of this clean and how thorough it is, please expect our cleaners to be at the property all day. 9am – 5pm, however, times will vary depending on the size of the house. We supply cleaning materials, equipment and use a works order checklist to make sure nothing is being missed.
